OAMC X MYKITA
ADVANCED DESIGN GROUNDED IN UTILITY AND TECHNICAL PRECISION
Presenting a meeting of design disciplines, bringing progressive utilitarian aesthetics to the eyewear realm, available in selected stores worldwide from February 2026.
Berlin/Milan — Recognised as progressive forces in their respective fields, MYKITA and Luke Meier’s OAMC label are united by a commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and a distinctly functional aesthetic. Both design houses are known for pushing technical boundaries to achieve refined, purpose-driven products. Translating this shared philosophy into the eyewear realm, the collaboration brings together MYKITA’s engineering expertise with OAMC’s directional design language to create a concept defined by utilitarian elegance and technical precision.
The MYKITA | OAMC capsule draws on the practical ethos of mid-century eyewear, reworking functional tropes into contemporary designs with a high-end edge. The hybrid frames combine lightweight stainless steel with MYKITA’s proprietary MYLON® material — its matte surfaces evoking industrial tactility, reminiscent of tools and field equipment. Flat base-two lenses define the boxy geometry, while MYLON® rings shaped like subtle blinders offer added side protection and sculptural accents.
